Suggestion. Replace conference prize with additional AWS credits

Given that the conference portion of the prizes is likely to be cancelled for quite some time, I would like to suggest that the value of that prize is converted to an equal or greater amount of AWS credits. Anyone who has worked with the curated marketplace models quickly discovers that running the requisite notebook instance to support that model(s) on a suitable large or extra large hardware instance gets expensive *fast*.
